About the founder

Mr. Mazaleni obtained his LLB degree at Walter Sisulu University
in Mthatha and completed his articles with De Wet Shaw &
Baxter Attorneys in 2018.

He was thereafter admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in Grahamstown and has practiced at some of East London’s
and Queenstown’s top law firms.

Luzuko specializes in Road Accident Fund Claim, Labour Law,
Family Law, particularly Divorce, Mediation, Contact and Parental
Rights and Responsibilities as well as general Civil and Criminal
Litigation and is available to assist with any pro-bono instruction that may arise.

Luzuko has extensive experience in debt collection and has run an
innovative and successful debt collection department for the past
few years at various law firms.

Candidate Attorney

Siyavuya is a Candidate Attorney at L. Mazaleni Attorneys Inc. He secured his LLB degree from the University of Fort Hare (UFH) in November 2021. Siyavuya joined the firm in April 2022 as a Candidate Attorney and works under the supervision of Luzuko Mazaleni.

Candidate Attorney

Qamani is a Candidate Attorney at L. Mazaleni Attorneys Inc. He secured his LLB degree from the University of Western Cape (UWC) in March 2022. Qamani joined the firm in January 2024 as a Candidate Attorney and works under the supervision of Luzuko Mazaleni.

Office Secretary

Izibele is a senior secretary assisting both Luzuko Mazaleni and Siyavuya Mbengo. Izibele has been in the role from inception of the firm and continues to work in an impeccable pace and dedication to the firm and clients’. 

Izibele assists in drafting of legal documents and managing the operations of the firm. She has previously worked for one of the leading firms in the town, and has close to a decade’s worth of experience in the role. Izibele is experienced in High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation.
